[Brief Description of Position]
- Responsible for planning and designing system development projects, and formulating system functional specifications and development roadmaps based on company requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to translate business requirements into concrete system function plans and track their implementation.
- Conduct research on market and technology trends, analyze the system functions of competing products, and propose innovative optimization recommendations.
- Assist with managing requirement changes and risks during the project to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
- Maintain system planning documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency regarding functional requirements, architectural design, and technology selection.
- Facilitate cross-functional team communication and coordinate system development with business strategies to ensure that system solutions support the company's growth objectives.
【Requirements】
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Information Management, Systems Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in system planning, project management, or system analysis, with experience in cross-departmental collaboration.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools; Axure is preferred.
- Possesses excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills; capable of analyzing business requirements and providing concrete technical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills; capable of drafting and compiling project proposals, system specifications, and similar documents.

- Possess experience in Agile development and familiarity with the process of managing requirement changes.
- Possess relevant experience in system implementation or the planning of technical solutions.
