[Brief Description of Position]<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Responsible for the end-to-end UI\/UX design process for Web and Mobile platforms: requirement clarification, workflow planning, wireframing, interface design, and design delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Game UI Visual Design: Responsible for the UI visual design of interactive products, balancing operational clarity with aesthetic quality to enhance the overall interactive and entertainment experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Capable of independently producing designs: proactively clarifying logic based on project requirements, and fully planning and delivering designs ready for development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Design System Implementation and Maintenance: Includes Figma components\/variables, layouts, color palettes, and design and typography consistency guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Backend system UI optimization and interface restructuring: capable of organizing complex information into a clear, user-friendly interface.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Cross-functional collaboration: Discuss requirements with PMs and R&D teams, and assist in planning more effective interactions, workflows, and information architecture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Design QA & Acceptance: Provide design specifications, assist in troubleshooting implementation issues, and maintain design consistency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Support the creation of relevant visual assets, including icons, banners, game event materials, or simple animations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    \u3010Prerequisites\u3011<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Over 5 years of experience in UI\/UX or product design (must include both Web and Mobile).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Possess a keen eye for game visuals and a strong grasp of the visual rhythm of game UI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Proficient in core design tools such as Figma (including Design Systems), Photoshop, and Illustrator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Possess solid UX logical thinking skills: ability to structure information and break down problems, clearly articulate design rationales, and conduct competitive analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Capable of handling complex information architecture, such as functional pages like backend systems, management dashboards, and member centers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Possesses strong initiative and time management skills; takes ownership of designs and proactively identifies issues.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Previously responsible for the development or maintenance of design systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
