What would you do?
Business and Project Execution
\u2022 Communicate with domestic and international vendors and partners to track progress; comfortable with writing emails, making phone calls, following up on contracts, and chasing payments.
\u2022 Organize quotations, contracts, and documents, and assist in scheduling meetings and hosting business guests, making your supervisor feel that you are indispensable.
\u2022 Unexpected issue arise? No problem\u2014just handle it calmly and quickly.
Operations and Administrative Management
\u2022 Organize chaotic data, documents, and cloud systems to the standard of a five-star hotel.
\u2022 Help monitor the budget, schedule, and execution details to ensure the project stays on track and avoids failure.
\u2022 Juggle multiple tasks while gracefully enjoying a cup of coffee.
\u2022 Become a \"dream teammate\" to your supervisor, helping them safeguard every aspect of daily operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We require you to possess (essential)
\u2022 Basic business communication skills in Chinese and English (willingness to write and speak is sufficient)
\u2022 Familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, and word processing (no need to be an expert, but don't be afraid of numbers)
\u2022 Time management + multitasking skills
\u2022 Strong execution and sense of responsibility (High Ownership; delivering on commitments)
\u2022 Able to solve problems independently, without needing someone to guide you step-by-step.
\u2022 High resilience under pressure\u2014you can handle even the fastest pace with ease (Fast Reaction).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bonus qualifications (even better if you have them)
\u2022 Experience in branding, public relations, events, and the relevant industry
\u2022 Experience in high-end service sectors, luxury goods, and VIP reception
\u2022 Proficient in using AI, Canva, Figma, or any design tools.
\u2022 Experience in overseas business or international communication
\u2022 Possess an aesthetic sense and sensitivity regarding community content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
